I'm a dancer, writer and researcher in comparative literature collaborating with Maqamat Dance Theatre (Lebanon). In 2000 I fell in love with an amazing city, Beirut where I've been living since 2004, exploring the relationship with the body, the organic experience of the city and the routine violence in daily life. Themes that I tried to convey in my first essay "Noir Beyrouth". Latest works include “Mushrooms and Fig Leaves” by Omar Rajeh and “On the Lips, Snow” by Ali Chahrour.
Occupation ( maximum of three):
Movement artist (dancer/interdisciplinary performer)

This is a social networking website connecting people concerned about innovation and experimentation on art, dance, embodiment, cognition, science, networks, post-humanism, media and the unstable landscape of contemporary culture and life.
We are in a transitional phase and refocusing the network with a broader interdisciplinary framework. It will reflect a contemporary community interacting and embedded unstablelandscape.
This network is maintained and administrated by Marlon Barrios Solano as an independent art/curatorial/social innovation project.
