- How do you train yourself or your performers. How do you approach your embodied practices? what kind of technique do you use?
- I train on Final Cut Pro 6, employ others to create interactive platforms for live performances, employ aspirant directors on my shoots to develop video dance in South Africa. Physically I swim, walk and do yoga. My performers train separately to me and come in only when needed. Dance Technique is dependent on the context or concept of the work. I employ those with a Technique that I need.
