- How do you train yourself or your performers. How do you approach your embodied practices? what kind of technique do you use?
- I come from the dance technique of Alwin Nikolais, the father of mixed media performance. His compositional and physical foundation is the basis for much of my work.
I am a student of movement and have gone on to train in various movement styles of modern dance, yoga, and currently aikido.
