How do you train yourself or your performers. How do you approach your embodied practices? what kind of technique do you use?
Improvisation. Observation of everything and everyone I can find. Conversing and reading and writing as often and committedly as possible. And, yes, ballet class.

Abigail Levine creates dances to engage audiences diverse in background, life
experience and knowledge of dance. She sees dance as an opportunity to
communicate and create community, to reflect and raise questions about our world
and ourselves and to inspire and suggest possibilities for change.
