The dancer seems to be caught in a web or matrix in a seemingly inevitable pursuit of her guiding red arrow, which contantly escapes her. The patterns are a series of mobile grids at the start, which build up to a moving sea of lines, at one point creating a deep pit in the centre of the stage in which the dancer is entrapped, and culminating in a sweeping flow of images projected onto the back wall, which create the impression of infinite space beyond, which the dancing figure cannot access, but only watch, unmoving, until they recede. This time, the piece ends with a glimmer of hope, as the dancer finds a path to follow, and does so, until she recedes from view. Perhaps she has found her way...
