Weekly Classes ~ Dancing for the Body, Mind and Spirit at Center for Remembering and Sharing

February 17, 2011 at 8pm to March 24, 2011 at 9:30pm
Find your inner dance.  In the WINTER Series of Dancing for the Body, Mind and Spirit explore movement and Eastern energy philosophy as it relates to winter.  Each 90 minute class includes warm up, guided movement explorations, partnering and theory to bring the theories of Eastern energy into movement, transforming the experience of dance.  No experience is necessary; just an openness to move, feel and build awareness.See More

Dancer, choreographer, healing and movement artist. I have danced with modern dance companies, made choreography for the stage, site specific locations and video on the grounds of a Zen Monastery in the Catskill Mountains. I currently teach movement meditation classes that bring Eastern energy theory into dance.
