Find your inner dance. In the WINTER Series of Dancing for the Body, Mind and Spirit explore movement and Eastern energy philosophy as it relates to winter. Each 90 minute class includes warm up, guided movement explorations, partnering and theory to bring the theories of Eastern energy into movement, transforming the experience of dance.
