DANCE TV SOAP OPERA :ANY POSSIBILITIES?

I have nursed an idea for making a dance tv soap opera for the past Twenty years. I have equally written Fifty-two (52) Episodes that does not have any verbal language. It has lots of potentials as it has no language barriers. But, is it achievable? Any possibilities? Check it Out here-
