WaterCheers H2O[tʃɪəz]: launch + proposals

WaterCheers H2O[tʃɪəz] will kick off on 25/26 January 2012 with the performance 'Show Me The Body' by Pascale Barret & Emmanuelle Gibello, at 22h Brussels time - time conversion here

Waterwheel is a creative place for collaboration around water and its metaphors. It's like a Facebook, YouTube and Skype (for 6 webcams) rolled into one. At any time, anybody who wants to, can participate online. It's free, ongoing, and open to everybody. People have just to join up and start using it. They can upload video, photo, animation, drawing, sound, text, spreadsheet onto the media centre and mix them on the TAP with their webcams on.

EXTENDED DEADLINE for PROPOSALS: 
6 February 2012
To partake in the next WaterCheers on 22 March 12, please send your proposals to  Pascale Barret (subject WATERWHEEL) by 6 February 2012. The performance /presentation will be collaborative, online or IRL (=in real location) and less than 21 minutes.
The deadline has been extended to cater for those who want to have a guided tour of the tap and find collaborators. So contact us as soon as possible. Proposals will mention:  title + crew members names + 10 lines maximum to give an idea of the performance / presentation & the artistic point of view

22 March will be the International Water Day and we would like to celebrate it with you!   * * * FB's event
