Event Description
Bodying is an innovative application of the Tamalpa Life/Art process, developed by Daria Halprin, which facilitates, promotes, and leads to creative ways to improve our life. Classes include personal and collective creative explorations in dance, drawing, and writing. Through these classes, we will actively identify and expand inner resources, change habitual patterns of response, and develop a healthier relationship with our body/life.
