Sidra Bell has crafted a unique approach to unlocking the creative potential in each dancer. In a workshop that explores a highly articulate body through effort, risk, clarity, abandon, impulse, breath, gesture, weight, touch, space, direction, and line, artists of various backgrounds and experience can discover their individual voice and physical potential.
